Nicholas Kaiser, JD | CEO, Co-Founder

With over 15 years of combined experience in the education and legal sectors, Nick brings a passion for special education compliance, systems oversight, and process improvement.  Nick graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors in Psychology, with honors.  He then completed his legal studies at Suffolk University Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctorate with honors.  Having held multiple leadership positions in New York City schools, Nick is a solutions-oriented thinker who is able to forge and cultivate enduring, authentic relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that all students receive the necessary supports and services to which they are entitled under the law.  Moreover, his work also seeks to provide schools with the proper resources, training, and regulatory/compliance guidance to ensure consistent and excellent delivery of services and programming to all students. 

Ethel McGinn, MSEd | COO, Co-Founder

Ethel has devoted the past 10 years to ensuring a strong, equitable education for all students in her path. After graduating with her Bachelors Degree in Mathematics & Secondary Education, she joined the 2015 Teach for America Corps in Newark, New Jersey where she taught Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. During her time with Teach for America, Ethel also earned her Masters Degree in Secondary Education from Johns Hopkins University. Upon finishing her corps years, she moved to New York City and dove into a career in Special Education, rising from Special Education Teacher to Dean of Special Services and ultimately, Vice Principal. Ethel specializes in developing systems to support authentic Special Education compliance, supporting school leaders in mindset work towards collective responsibility, and creating professional development opportunities.
